Welcome...as an experienced and professional freelance logo designer, few know better than I do that a logo that "works" is far more than how it looks, as critical and important as that look is. Many identity and branding concepts must be incorporated by the professional logo designer and crafted for this central element of identity, a logo, to succeed. Failing that, you solely have a fancy design, not a logo that is a workhorse that will work tirelessly for you for decades. Any artist can draw a picture or create a design or symbol - there's far more to an efficient logo. A company logo designer must know what is behind the logo, the purposes, what is intangible, build in what is under the surface, and make it come to life - to resonate, position, attract, and provide advantage.
